Dublin Design Restoration Video
Dublin Design is well versed in the historic restoration and preservation world. David Rippe started his career over forty years ago realizing the significance of saving and preserving the architectural treasures to celebrate the past. There is a certain appreciation for our ancestors and their legacy they left behind and a great satisfaction to be able to contribute to restoring our heritage for future generations.
The history and stories within these walls of the people who created the structures of early America and of the lives share under these roofs has been the motivation and inspiration of David’s efforts for four decades.
Dublin Design has the skill and experience of working with local citizen committees, Historical Societies, State and Federal Preservation Agencies in providing the proper planning and design guidelines as well as construction management. David was awarded the State Honor Award for Small Town Preservation by the Colorado Preservation Inc. for restoring and preserving most of the small town of Marble, Colorado. His company won the National Home Builder’s Association award for the Thompson Homestead Barn restoration as well as many other prestigious acknowledgements for his dedication and skill of preserving historical homes and buildings.
